    Seems like Crawford gets assigned to a strangely high number of game 2's and 3's. The game one crew is usually a bunch of no-namer refs, and then they send Crawford in to influence things in whatever direction after the tone of the series has been set. They then have the option to use him later in the series.

    It hasn't really been as obvious as this in the past. It's probably more noticeable because they don't have Dick Bavetta to shoulder some of the burden.

    TD isn't stupid and will adjust to Crawford being on the court. He won't get called for more than one foul in the 1st quarter.

    You conspiracy buffs should be more concerned if Crawford was in game 3 to help the Heat "steal" a game in San Antonio. Don't be shocked if Mr. Contrarian ends up giving indigestion to the home-folks in Miami. He cuts both ways.
