i wanna say they said the spurs had the worst ever shooting performance against the nets and that orlando in game 1 was the 2nd worst ever. still, shooting under 30% in one game and over 60% in another game is crazy.
Age is rearing its head on Kobe. Like I said earlier, he has clearly lost his explosiveness going to the rim. Did you see how little elevation he had on a wide open dunk? I was thinking, "Wow, this guy used to be able to double pump a 360 reverse dunk. Now he barely rises above the rim on a wide open stuff."
Nothing new, Jordan went through the same transition he when developed his midrange game and that deadly fadeaway shot. Kobe is no longer the run and jump athlete he was once but he is still force on the offense. However, unlike Jordan, Kobe has about 2-3 more good years left to make some title chases then its all downhill from there.
phil jackson said it himself that kobe is tired...but he said kobe won't admit it...kobe said he was fine
I think it depends on Howard's foul situation. If Howard plays around 40 minutes, I'll say under. If Howard plays under 30 minutes, I'll say over.
Agreed. That or the "Bynum Factor". I guess Bynum's pattern is take 2-3 games off then show up every once in a while. If he's effective and staying out of foul trouble that's good news for Gasol.
if howard was a little more dominant offensively (meaning get his regardless of double teams), the magic are easily the best team in the L. EASILY.
morey would do that in a heartbeat, even if ron begged. you can never have enough playmakers. and hedo is a great spot up shooter.
howard posts up, it's a foul. the magic drive, it's a foul. lakers try to rebound, it's a foul. i'm sure it's been completely even though. howard only on pace for about 30 free throws so better than can be expected.
