Regardless of how or what LeBron meant, it's a surgeon that hates his guts and can't wait to talk to his doctor buddies tomorrow morning...lol.
Did anyone caught Bosh falling to his knees and crying as he entered the tunnel? He had to be helped from his team mates. I like Bosh passion compared to the other big 2.
How do you (or anyone, for that matter) know that Wade and LeBron didn't show emotion in the locker room? I'm not trying to defend them or anything, but I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
I've made fun of Chris Bosh A LOT this season, but he was clearly stung by this loss. He genuinely cared about this series.
reminded me of when tmac cried on the sidelines in game 7 vs dallas, and then at the press conference after the 07 loss. love seeing players who are devastated by losses, it shows how much they pour into the game.
I wasn't surprised by that. I was really surprised by Wade's apathy. He almost seemed like "so what we lost, its what you wanted right?" The guy seemed almost unfazed by the loss. He poured his heart out on the court, but in front of the mic he just looked like a heartless tool. That stunned me...
I honestly think it was because this was his first NBA Finals. Wade has been here twice, and won once. James has been here twice, and lost twice. Bosh never made it this far in his career; it's nothing new to the other two.
Bosh knows he's getting traded. love how this thread is still open. did lebron shake the mavs hands after? prolly not.
Just because Bosh fell out crying doesn't mean he cared the most on the team. People handle things emotionally different. I know LeBron struggled but do people really think he didn't care about losing this series?
Dang, man. You're losing it. Stop already. He's just Lebron. Don't throw away your reputation for that guy.
Saw this in the ESPN article which was an interesting stat: Largest Dropoff in PPG from Regular Season to NBA Finals (minn 25 PPG in regular season) 2010-11 LeBron James -8.9 1963-64 Wilt Chamberlain -7.7 1971-72 Jerry West -6.0 1986-87 Kevin McHale -5.6 1980-81 Moses Malone -5.4 2006-07 LeBron James -5.3 Source: Elias Sports Bureau http://espn.go.com/blog/TrueHoop/post/_/id/30208/dirk-shines-again-in-4th-brings-home-title
The only thing on video I saw was LeBron saying congrats to Kidd, but it looked like he left pretty quick compared to other players so not sure if he said anything to anyone else.
Jason Kidd seemed to imply that the Heat ran out of gas in the last two games, because of the way they play defense. It seems reasonable to me that this was the case. Hindsight is 20/20. But if the heat had to do it over, I bet that they would have used the money they paid Bosh to get a core of role players. The big three is a failure, unless they can add some more talent around the big three. They need a HUGE upgrade at pg. I don't know if the heat can win with Lebron and Wade, to be honest.
