    i don't get the lotto rules. why can't we move up to 13? why is it only 14th or 1st, 2nd, or 3rd pick?

    No offense to women, but most women who give sports interviews are generally pretty terrible.

    Agree but their reasoning for doing it this way is that it assures the bad teams won't get stuck picking to low pretty much killing the idea of the lotto in the process.

    all the picks are part of the top 3...they are all included to determine the top 3, but some teams have better odds...then after the top 3 are determined the others are done by record..
