Ended up +520 for the night but it should have been more. Figured the Heat were going to cover the 11.5 2nd half line for sure. Especially when they went up 7 with a little over 3 to play. anyone else like indy +5 tonight? buying half a point to make it 5.5. no idea what to do with the other game.
As I indicated in my post last night, I'm the Knicks -4.5 and the Warriors +1. Indy could very well cover, but for some reason I like the Knicks tonight. I think they get their shooting touch back and the role players play better at home and they stay alive before getting eliminated in game 6. Look at this way, one of us will hit tonight, lol. I also think the Warriors-Spurs series is going 7 games.
How? What did you bet on? He called the knicks game. Should have known something was wrong when the spurs were favored in GS.
Here is a gimme, the pacers will cover whatever spread over the knicks for game 6. It is the last series left in the second round, and NY bet on the knicks to win the series so they dont want a game seven.
I had Pacers 1st half +3, before the George Hill injury came out. And the STILL had a chance to push if Stephensen didn't miss that last FT before the half, smh. Then Kwame was like "bet the Warriors with me!" I was telling him I have no idea, but then I also saw the series win for GS +550 so it was too tempting to put $50 on each of those. D'oh! So it's Kwame's fault why we're not hitting the titty bar tonight, bc I have to go win my $$$ back at the tables.
Smh, 1-1... It's better than 0-2 I guess. Glad most of you were on the Knicks as well. I thought the Warriors could force a game 7, but it wasn't meant to be I guess. I may only have a few sporadic picks left for the rest of the playoffs and then I'm going to let my two futures bets ride out for the remainder of the post-season. Win or lose, I'll post both of those betting slips once the playoffs are over. Lol, I did warn you that you could lose both of those bets. That late George Hill scratch came out of nowhere. That sucks... I hate when that happens. At least you got to see some fine ladies at the Hard Rock today. I'm with you on this, but I think it depends on the status of George Hill. If he's close to 100%, I would take the Pacers. But if he's not and they have to play other guys extended mins as a result, it might be tough. DJ Augustin looked lost out there at times. He's only good in spot minutes. The same with Sam Young. The Pacers tried to run the offense through Lance "Born Ready" Stephenson. That was painful to watch. The Knicks are also shooting a little better, but Indy's defense is always a constant. Their offense, on the other hand, is a different story. They're the better team though, but again, I think it comes down to the health of George Hill. Let's all keep an eye on that.
Dude, I haven't watched basketball as a hardcore fan since the Yao Artest era, but unless things have changed, that was terrible basketball we were watching. I can't bet on that...too much unreliable play, but I will watch it with you Saturday. Poker went well +$$$ so - sports book $$ and - previous t*tties $$$$, I'm only slightly behind right now, lol. Gonna hit the weekend strong.
Poker, sports betting, and t*tties. That's a strong night. I gotta hit you guys up next time I'm in Vegas.
Haha I was just coming in this thread to see if there was an update on his condition... ESPN says YES, he is playing.
