This sound like a win-win-win deal for all parties involved.

    This.

There should no deal involving Lowry. We led Philly by 10 UNTIL Lowry got injured and left the game. There is no way we lose that game had the injury not occurred.

If the other teams are determined to get our young players, then let TMac expire and try to get a wing player with a MLE next season.

    ?

When I think "respectable basketball journalist," David Aldridge is the first name that comes to mind.

And I tend to think that it's entirely because he only reports what he actually hears, rather than making up fantastical crap, that ESPN dumped him (in favor of loud, no-nothing hacks like Screamin' A Smith).

Yes, the Wiz want young players in return, but they can be added on. Basically those are the main players involved going by salary.

11, but yeah, I think people underestimate Lowry's value. If he's not our there with Budinger/Landry, they're suddenly not as good. If he's not out there pushing the pace at an insane rate, our bench scoring suddenly drops. If he's not out there drawing fouls, we're not getting easy scoring opportunities while getting the other team into the penalty.

A lot of these things he does are tremendously undervalued here. No, Lowry should not be a starter, but other than Brooks, he may just be the most important person on our team.

Yea, but thats a huge deal.

    I like this one better.

    Washington gets:

T-Mac and Big Z (both expiring) AND Chase Budinger and Rockets 14th pick

    Cleveland gets:

    A. Jamison (their target) and Brian Cook (another shooting PF)
    Houston gets:

Caron Butler (one of Morey's targets) JJ Hickson (young talent) Brendan Haywood (expiring and adds much needed size) D. Stevenson (1/year) And Washington's pick.

They take Budinger, then we swap picks. 14th for 5th i think.

McGrady's expiring contract + Scola should be enough to get a Butler/Haywood/filler package. If not, Washington can shop elsewhere.

I don't believe our package contains both Scola and lowry, the contracts wouldn'e even match !!!, I believe it's either scola or Lowry, which I would prefer scola to go instead of lowry.. ;)

No Bud in any deal...he has what you call "it", and a couple of years from now bud, landry and brooks will be a big "3".

If the Rockets trade for Butler Battier is the player who needs to be moved. Would not give up Budinger or Scola in any deal with the Wiz.

There is a guy called "it' in the draft too who is probably better.

Another thing no Budinger? Llull instead? I'm going by what they wanted one of Houstons rotational players.

Brooks will also be better than Brooks next season.

Roddy is bigger, stronger, and faster and younger (21). He's recently been handed the backup PG role on the Mavs over Barea. I expext him to blow up in the 2nd half of this season.
