Situational lineup that I would like to see more in end-game situations where there are a lot of timeouts, etc. and we can swap in/out of offense.

It is also a lot easier to kick up defensive intensity for short spurts. Parsons can man up and guard a pf for a possession or two near the end of the 4th. Harden can also do so guarding the sf. Asking Parsons to do that for a whole game is an entirely different matter.

 

I am sorry but i don't share the opinion that Harden can't play good defense. In the play-offs when he defended ibaka or sefolosha , he was bad or anyone light him up ? ehh? He cannot guard players through screens , ok i understand that but neither can parsons or Lin ...
