Why are the Suns ranked so high? The loss of Stoudemire clearly doesnt make them a playoff team. He's probably high on Turkoglu.
Seeing Trevor in Laker yellow made me sick. Seeing Ron in Rocket red made me borderline miss the guy.
WOW! Gave me chills! Whatta video! Screw the offseason lets get this thing started and prove them all wrong again! lol GO ROCKETS!!
Agreed! OKC Will be good but how are they suddenly the 2nd best in the west?? they were 8th last year and really havent done anything this summer! Suns lost Amare, theyll be lucky to get in! We almost made the playoffs without our best player last year, weve only gotten better! With our roster now, well be the 5th seed i think! if we can add one more scorer (Ariza is not a scorer) Than id say we are easily a 2 maybe even pass up LA! I also think Memphis and the Clips will make a run at the 8 this year!
I've heard everything from us being number 2 and possibly contenders to us missing the playoffs. We shall see what happens.
Does anyone know where the voice over for that video came from? I know someone mentioned it a couple of years ago when it was first created, but I can't remember for the life of me?
Phx won't be third, but they'll make the playoffs. When you have Steve Nash running your system, and a bench that could win games like they did in the playoffs, you'll be successful but having them third is pretty dumb.

Not a very accurate picture. Besides Miller and the #10 pick, we'll have Martin all season. Most importantly, you mention Yao like he's an afterthought. Obviously, if he's hurt again, our playoff hopes are dashed, just like would happen to any team (except maybe Miami) if they lost their best player. If he plays, that's an enormous upgrade from last year. But, I can't be too upset with the ranking. Putting Phoenix #3 is a head-scratcher, but there are so many tough teams in the West, I think we're going to have 8 or 9 50+ win teams again, without anyone clearly better than anyone else outside of the Lakers. It almost doesn't make sense to attempt to put the playoff teams in order.
