LOL what are you talking about? Taking 2 pgs in a row=BPA. Or did you think Kahn thought needed two lottery pgs, and then signed Ramon Sessions during the summer just for kicks? Obviously he went BPA and thought if needed he can trade one of his pgs for better players. Of course he didn't really get the BPA, but the only sure way to determine who the BPA is is through hindsight. That's not really a sound drafting strategy, if you ended up not picking the BPA you get screwed big time, as you not only wasted your pick, you're gonna have a hard time trading for the pieces you actually needed. If he had drafted by value instead, he could have picked Stephen Curry (whom both NY and GSW wanted desperately), and could have traded down for Flynn and another piece.
