When I went to the ones in Long Beach, the only ones that were crowded were Laker games and maybe a few of the evening games. The ones I went to in Minnesota, I don't even recall... I don't think it was overly crowded, though.

long beach ones were pretty sparse

the last two years i went to vegas has been good, the crowds werent too big at all but i went on the weekend when there were more games (2nd weekend) so there was some people watching games in thomas and mack and some people watching in cox so it help spread people out.

hopefully since its the first weekend there wont be as many people there since there are less teams, but the lakers AND clippers are playing the first weekend so there could be more fans for that reason alone (no one cares for the clippers but they will want to see griffin play)

So has this been abolutely confirmed or is it just speculation based on advertisement?

For example: If you just look at the separate offer for League Pass Broadband and already have League Pass (but never used the Broadband component), you may think you have to pay extra for the online games when Broadband actually comes with the League Pass subscription.

I'd be shocked if anybody who already pays for LP or LP Broadband would have to pay extra to watch Summer League games.

It's isn't speculation at all. Some people here have already signed up.

Prepare to be shocked: The logins are different from LP Broadband.

I was hoping it wasn't true. That certainly sucks.

What also sucks is that anybody paying for the games will be effectively encouraging them to continue this practice.

Oh well... chalk one up for big business.

It cost less to be at the actual game.

This is so disappointing. I've watched all the Rockets SL games from the past couple years and recorded most of them.

Could have seen this coming. Youtube months ago put a copyright warning on all my SUMMER LEAGUE highlights I uploaded on my account. So NBA's obviously not wanting to spread too much of their content around freely.
Here's the SL payment link https://summerleague.istreamplanet.com/nba/enroll.

I had Broadband League Pass this past year. So far it doesnt seem like my LP sign-in works with the SL sign in. (And it doesnt look it'll work on Firefox 3.5)

The SL as fun as it is to watch is NOT worth $15. I'd pay $7 tops. They could have offered a lower cost $5 plan for NON-live replayed archived games or something.

I would have paid $5.00 or $6.00. The NBA should have step-laddered the charges over 2-3 years. Like I said earlier, the big shock I'm waiting on now is how much are they going to increase the price for NBALPBB.

I think it costs $25/day for the tickets. This apparently is $15 for all the games.

It's funny. People will go to a bar and pay 15 bucks for a couple jager bombs, but they think it's ridiculous to pay 15 bucks for potentially hours of entertainment.

...also, jager bombs provide potentially hours of entertainment as well, thank you. ;)

I fell for it. Just forked over 15 buck to watch the games. I remember how hard it was to find streams last year and HOPEFULLY the stream Quality is great.

I guess I have to wait a week to go to the movies.
