[NBA.COM] How good was Drazen Petrovic?

this guy was great! does anyone clips or a highlight reel or soemthing?

 

sad to say......but I have never heard of him until now, he was before my time but I dont even remember hearing about his death, kinda weird

 

He played a significant role on the Bulls, he was the 6th man if I remember correctly. He provided a spark on the team, everyone had their role on the Bulls.

 

I don't think the Peja comparisons are accurate -- didn't Drazen slash to the basket way more than Peja?

That's my (vague) recollection, anyway.

I think Drazen is probably better than Peja.
Peja is one demensional like the Borg.

 

drazen was a better shooter than peja. drazen was also more athletic and and was needed to do more with the teams he was on.peja is limited to what drazen was able to create and slash in their offensive ability.drazen was more of a sg(his postion)and peja is more strictly a sf.
