Well I think Budinger has a potential to be alot better than Rudy Fernandez.

 

He's not Ray or Reggie or Rip because he's not nearly as quick as those guys. Ellis is a decent comparison. On the high end, I think Glen Rice is a good comparison but I doubt he ends up that good.

 

I'd gladly take any of those. We need a Dale Ellis type to knock down those 3s

 

I have no idea if he will be as good either, but he is off to one helluva start.

And he was only 21 years old, I would prefer we hold onto him at least until 24 or so to see exactly WHERE he peaks !

I tuned into NBA TV at the very end of David Aldridge talking about a 3 team trade, with Houston, Portland and Toronto (and Rudy Fernandez) involved, did anybody else catch this? What did I miss?? Did I miss anything of importance that is?
