    Is it the same video where T-Mac goes after Eddie House because he made a gun image with his hand to T-Mac's temple?

    I can see they want to protect their product's image and since the game tonight is likely to elicit more people viewing the video, they felt they should take it down.

    It just opens up the competition for someone to create a youtube like site in China that thumbs it's nose at the copyright stuff.

    I'm confused.. I thought we were living in America with freedom of speech and all.. didn't realize that ON election day, Stern would all of a sudden treat NBA fans as if we lived in China..

    come the F on. Just cause Yao in on the Rockets doesn't mean we can be run like a socialist nation..

    Another reason to hate Stern.. he looks like hitler fyi.

    GOOD IDEA! who can sue a communist nation successfully anyway? Anyone here live in russia.. start a youtube "uncensored" and you will reap many benefits.

    there are plenty of videos of nba fights I.E. Ron Artest Palace Brawl, but I don't get why they would remove a preseason scurmish. It wasn't anything serious, no punches thrown, no fines or suspensions. If you ask me the Rockets have a target on there back. The league is just too jealous of our toughness.

    Yes there are, but the quesiton is whether they are from clips shown from someone recording a TV news broadcast or from the live, game broadcast. Once something becomes "news" and is recorded from a News broadcast, the copyright has changed hands. right? that makes it futile to suppress youtube clips of the Palace fight, when plenty of the clips aren't even under your control anymore.

    Clutch's vid is obviously from a recording of a live, NBA copyrighted, TV broadcast of a game. And it's probably the only one out their getting that many hits.

    hey, I'm just looking for a sensible reason why the NBA told youtube to take that down without it necessarily being something Clutch needs to worry about wrt other, future vid clips. Hopefully, they are not targetting him for this site.

    People should take notice of this beyond just the sports scope. This isn't just an NBA issue, this is a form of free speech. Let's you know what kind of direction the interent is heading and in my opinon, it's not a good one. Too bad. Just like all those videos of that sacramento debacle that Tim Donaghy claimed was rigged--those were taken down too. Fans, and people in general should have access to that.

    It's useless for NBA to control this kind of activities in the Internet. Web is free abd open, and NBA is doing something wrong..
