If you have Linsanity, you deserve crazy odds.

Spurs and underrated every year. As long as they have the big 3 + Pop, they're a contender.

Wow. I'm as big a fan as the Rockets as anyone, and even I don't have them ranked that high.

I really don't know about this. The Spurs have a way better chance of winning a title than us. We shouldn't be tied like that.

I bet if we didn't have Lin they'd put us dead last.

Asik probably helps as well. But I doubt the validity of this.

But this isn't just headline biased ESPN, these are the Vegas odds which are usually pretty accurate. This is pretty shocking.

Yeah I saw this last night and had to pause my DVR to make sure I was reading it correctly. from what I remember, we were ahead of mavs and pacers too. And there were 4 teams tied for the 3rd best odds so technically we were higher then 8th. it was actually released from MGM in Vegas so apparently they know something we don't!! I hope they are right!!

No, technically the Rockets are ranked 8th. Just because teams are tied doesn't mean those teams only count as one.

Wow... again disrespecting the Spurs, the most successful organization within the last 15 years.

Maybe they thought we were going to pull off the Dwight Howard trade.

Didn't we just watch the Spurs dismantle the Clippers (granted CP3 was gimpy)?

Anyways, if the Rockets can play up to those expectations, I'll be as happy as anybody else here. Just don't see how. I guess Vegas believes in Lin a lot more than many of us here do (and Asik?).
