magic says the dunk contest is back every damn year. everyone always acts like it sucks and then ends up being impressed when it actually happens and them forgets it a year later until it happens again.
Come on, Dwight would won this if nobody was announcing. He's just better show's men, plain and simple.
I was bored when watching this the last 3 years or so. But this year Dwight changed that for me. I was excited the same way I was when Vince won it in 2000.
Did you guys hear the Dunk Contest is back? It's official apparently. Dwight put on a cape and made a ferocious layup. He makes Vince Carter look like Matt Maloney.
I dunno... I have to say the dunk contest steadily went downhill until the Vince Carter one... then it sank back into mediocrity... and this was easily the best one since Vince Carter laced 'em up. No doubt. We won't be hearing next year about how last year wasn't any good. Guarantee it.
Three of dwights dunks were some of the most creative in the whole history. That superman one where he just hammered it down was ridiculous.
u never know. he's very creative. i mean, now maybe stern can let him raise the basket to 12 feet and he'll do even crazier things.
