at the very least, tmac is a 93 in my mind. cp3 is as good as kobe all of the sudden? i know he's top 5 but 99 rating!? and cmon now ... carmelo is not anywhere close to as good as tmac. tmac is still better than players in the class of pierce, carmello, etc. no way is gasol the same level as tmac ... and no way is jkidd higher. a lot of this is somewhat rediculous. some of them are decent ratings ... but they blew a couple too many ratings ...
Good stuff. I think you can see a flaw in their rating system because if the league had that much parity, you wouldn't have teams winning 60-65 games a year. I think in real life, if you had player ratings, the lowest teams would average around 65-68, while the top teams would be about 82-83. Therefore, the crappy teams are overrated to some degree. It makes sense that they do this because no one would want to play with half the teams in the league (esp the East).
I think it's less about parity and more about all NBA players being damn good when you really think about it. I mean, there's usually not a whole lot separating teams in terms of talent. It's the other things like personality, chemistry, coaching, experience, and the winning/losing culture of the organization.
HAHAHAHA the Thunder got the short end of the stick on this game, those ratings are horendous for their players
Landry is 74? Oh, c'mon! I like CP3, he is good but 99? I think other 99ers deserve that rating tho, but T-Mac 91? you gotta be kidding me!!!
