is 2k9 already out? i am not very good but I'd be down for this I have a 360 I have to just renew my live membership and get the game but I'd be good to go.
Who do you want to use? Rafer- THEB1GNASTY Tracy-Open? Shane-crustyjack Artest-The Cazm Yao-Open? If we wanted to start Scola we could play Tracy at the 1 and Scola at the 4. I would be happy to use either.....I am willing to play the unselfish PG though.....
So let me get this right, Rafer Alston=THEB1GNASTY Tracy Mcgrady=TricksForMoney Shane Battier=CrustyJack Ron Artest=TheCazm Yao Ming=Drex2234 Does that sound cool? CrustyJack said he might switch to Scola from Battier depending on how scola plays in 2K......
Sounds great, Hopefully everyone understands the game and we avoid any "jackers"....... Those guys should just get booted from the squad.......
Sounds good to me... ...all you crazy little folks. I'm happy to just board and guard the basket. I got no problem letting the guards work on offense, either... but ya better pass me the rock if I got my man sealed off a foot from the rack. I actually used to be insanely good at point guard, but the control changes from 2K6-2K7 messed me up, so I went back to playing the big boys.
Don't worry, I will get you all the touches you can handle. Inside until the double team comes, then we knock down 3's. I would like to post up Artest a little bit too(High-low?), and CrustyJack makes a great roleplayer out of Shane Battier. He only shoots a few times a game but he is wet from 3 and he plays great D. Tracy is Tracy hopefully.........
Yeah, pretty much. Heck, we should have some basic "ground rules," even. We need to make sure our "big" guys (obviously me, but Artest and Battier as well) understand spacing on offense. I may be 7'6" Yao, but no one else can get easy baskets at the rack if I never pull the opposing center away from the basket. We need to pass early and often. One-on-one all day ain't the best way to score. And no slap-happy, gambling perimeter defense. Anything else?
Heck yeah. Being a passer out of the double-team is pretty much my favorite thing to do on offense... it's all I do in my set offense when I play my franchise...
Good call.... Rebounds, outlet to a guard. Floor spacing is critical..... I really believe in the "Inside Out" "Rudy T" "Dream" offense so if you got the skills with Yao to score and pass out to shooters then I believe that should be our strategy....... We just need to make sure everyone has fundamental "basketball' understanding.......aka floorspacing etcetcetc.........
I can play the most realistic "knockdown wide open shots Battier" you have ever seen. I will play great D and demand very few shots. Only open ones.....
