I downloaded the demo for NBA LIVE 08 for the PS3, and NBA2k7 takes it out. So assuming the 08 version will be alot better. Im stickin w 2k8. Anyone else download the demo for, FIFA08? Whats your thoughts on it so far?
Yeah, who knows? But I sure don't remember much talk about Amare for MVP at any point in the season last year, as opposed to Yao.
but is 2k8 being released for the wii? if not then i'm doing live 08. i'm stoked about my 1st wii nba sim game.
I know I speak for everyone when I say I'm glad Yao Ming finally sees a 90. How Carmelo a 94 and T-Mac a 93, when T-Mac is better in every part of the game and if not they would be about even(like rebounding). And why is that dude disrespecting Pryzbilla. When I play with Pryz, I average at least 50pts/game, same with Mark Madsen. But maybe its because I am insanely confident when playing with them.
Steve Francis is better than at least everyone from 11-20 on that PG list... but he'll remind everyone of that before long.
I would show you depending on how the online play is. The frame rate is really crappy and that throws off all my timings when shooting jumpers and free throws.
Don't think anyone has any idea yet, since these are just based off a preview article. A likely guess would be around 74/75 though. The demo's out. Played it some, and I have to say, the animations look GOOD. Some things are hard to get used to though. Isomotion doesn't seem to work as smoothly as before. Can't do my hesitation drive very well anymore. And am I the only one who misses the quick pick and roll on the left bumper? That used to be a cop-out play everytime for me deep in the shot clock when my plays break down.
the only reason to even bother with live nowadays is the amazing patching community. i wish 2k would start going into the pc realm.
It's not exactly a FULL demo. Lots of things were left out, and the pick with the LB is one of them. Also, the Isomotion is a little different now. Here's a post from OS(OperationSports) that explains a lot:
Well i hope i can change the rating of players before I start a season. I would drop Gay to 80, Battier increase to 80, Scola to 82, amare to 90 for starters...
I Think Luis Scola should be in the top 25 of power forwards and I think Baron Davis is a little bit overrated, I rate him as about 88 or 89
