Of course they have Beverley bricking in the gif http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/10/nba-2k15-review-ps4-xbox-one
It looks like they fixed a lot. It would have been cool if they kept the rookie showcase in as well, then if you don't get drafted you have to work your way in. I like the fact you aren't forced to play for teams like the Timberwolves.
In a sense you are. You can pick among maybe twenty or so teams that have interest in you but the less interest they have the better you have to perform in the tryout. So really you have ten to fifteen ish options you can choose from. Granted you are good, keep in mind the game is a lot harder now...
That's true, but being outright drafted is interesting too. I feel like this was too much of a compromise. In the first game it was really hard to play for the team you wanted. In this game, it's a bit easier. I think if they want to get across an immersive experience you should be able to be drafted to a team you loathe, then work in free agency to play for a team you like. I guess I still like 2k15's strategy than 2k14's.

I really want that PS Eye so I can scan my face. I wish I knew someone with one so i can just borrow it.
I am going to have to pick this one up. I skipped last season's version, so hopefully the MyPlayer mode has been improved a lot since I last played. The draft and the way MyPlayer was done in 2k13 was completely broken. I was drafted by the Lakers. Halfway through my rookie season, Kobe was moved to PG to accommodate me at SG. It was a complete joke and totally immersion breaking. It's as if the devs didn't think that the players would have enough patience to actually make it as a player. They felt the need to make you the immediate superstar, even though you may not deserve it. That was probably my biggest complaint. I am really hoping that they make the difficulty a lot more like MLB Road to the Show. I want to actually feel some pride when I am put in as a starter, and not like a fraud as one of the greatest players in NBA history is moved positions to accommodate an unproven, unworthy rookie.
Hope they fix the VC cheating that made MyTeam unplayable, was so excited for this mode and then had to play vs. idiots that had the best team possible.
Bro it's not even worth it really, a lot of the preset faces are cool and there's a lot of choices to edit them. I'm not over exaggerating when I say i'v spent over 2 hours scanning my face over 30+ times, 25 out of 30 the faces where completely deformed, the other 5 of them came out not deformed, but hardly look like me at all and have black smudges on the faces. Plus I'm so white, that the face is a totally different color then the preset body and it looks dumb. They probably won't perfect the face scan until 2k16 or even 17.
Lol this is my experience with face scan <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/DuW2aFx_1Oo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I just picked it up on Steam. Damn download is 47 gigs! I am going to need a new hard drive, apparently. With Shadow of Mordor, Wasteland 2 and NBA 2k15, both my SSDs are about full. I should have gotten bigger SSDs...
Returned Destiny for this, can't wait to hit it up! Dumbass post, but do I have to sit through this MIA/SAS game? All of the downloads are complete and it says that more features are available at the main menu, but when I quit the game, it restarts.
