Yeah I figured that would be the case. Im anxious for Ish too and my buddy keeps asking me about Jeremy Lin. One more question if I may, when 2k12 comes out do they do roster updates for 2k11 still or is that just wishful thinking? (i havent had 2k or a ps3 for very long so i dont know these things). also the only place i see the feedback button is on my own posts. for everyone else's i only see report and reply...?
lol I just found out you can use Lowry like the real Lowry. drive in and draw fouls. He is a foul magnet if you use him right. Just destroyed this guy that was using the Wizards. Lowry had the team in foul trouble LMAO. Owned John Wall and lock him down. Got a couple of dimes with him too. When Brooks gets his shot I don't know. I have to get Lowry in cause he is BEAST.
guess you can't give feedback yet.. but NO, they never do roster updates for previous games. They have a lincense to use the players in that season only. so no 2k12 players in 2k11 but you can aways find a custom roster on 2k share with people who added guys in the off-season.

With My player, i just got traded to the bulls.. yeh beat the lakers by 1 point in double OT and just beat the suns when we were down by 8 with 1:30 left.. Great Game
I am 4-4 so far in my season using the Rockets on PRO LEVEL. I defeated: Golden State, Denver, Minnesota, Washington. I lost too: LA Lakers, New Orleans, San Antonio, Indiana. I am hoping I can get in the playoffs going through Yao and Scola and kicking out to the open threes with Battier and Martin when they double.
Man, it's so hard to do anything on the team I'm on. I'm on the ....Grizzlies. I had a chance to request a trade, the Rockets, Celtics, and Jazz were interested in me. Now it's just the Mavs. Think I'll stick with the Grizz for a bit. F the mavs.
I think they should have let you demand trades to specific teams, not request them... My trade to the Houston Rockets is not a "preference" it's a demand!
Kmart's shot is bad. It's the same shot as in 2k10 but in 2k10 it as wet. This year they screwed up his timing on the shot. They don't usually ever change a player's shot that's his signature shot. I can see if they can but I doubt it. But you don't really even need Kmart at all. I got this team the hook up, and they are now soooo stacked I don't even get to use a lot of players. Lee is a beast now with just that little upgrade. He with lock it down on D and is a problem on offense. Budinger is insane. Battier gots a knock down J. Lowry draws fouls a easy. Hill is a big rebounder and good defender. Patterson is Landry 2.0 (almost). Yao is the BEST player in the game. And I didn't even get to the other guys like Scola and Brooks, who will have the wettest jumper after I get his shot changed. Funny thing is the season hasn't even started. Once it's on the way expect ratings to get better and our player to get better.
I wish they could increase Brooks' 3-point range. I constantly see him jack up threes from like five-six steps behind the 3pt line and consistently make them...
Yeah I'm gonna see about that. Gonna see if I can get at least a small increase and the 'little 3pt shooter icon' under him cause he definitely should have it.
2K changed CBud's shot in it's latest roster. Thank god! It's on what it SHOULD be... High Follow. That sig shot it dead one for him. Like someone else in this thread suggested, I changed Brooks' shot to Jordan's and it's pretty damn close.
this is my first time playing the 2K series (i always played live). been playing the myplayer mode for about 30 games into an NBA season (pro). got traded to the rockets finally and now that i am there i try to answer 'loyal' in the press conferences so i can stay! random thoughts: 1-this game is HARD! (if you've never played it like me!) but i am addicted now! 2-this game makes me feel like i am really playing in the NBA. it is super-sweet! when the crowd gets into it and the sound wow... and the graphics!! WOW! 3-after 30 games, my player has improved from a '42' to a '50'. but i keep winning rookie of the month?? 4-im a SF and lebron ****ed me up when we played the cavs. 5-i can't believe i've been playing live all these years.
Brooks shot is close to Jordan's. I mentioned that one but I take it back completely. John Stockon's shot looks like his shot too and the much better thing is, it is freaking MONEY!! I already told them know about AB's shot and it could be changed in the next roster update. If it is, I'ma make it rain with AB and tick a lot of people off online. And Pete, you're maybe checking under the wrong section. If you go to Leaderboards push LT to move it to "VERSUS" instead of pickup games, you'll be able to see your rank online record and everyone elses. If you still see no games on your record then I advise to next time to check your players list on a rank game too see if you opponent is listed before you hit start. That should fix your problem.
I have it on PC, I don't know how it is on the other consoles, but how the hell do you dunk in this game???
I think something like Turbo button (or whatever 2K calls it) + shot button or shot stick (you can change the type of dunk by using shot stick). Easier to do with players better at dunking of course (i.e. don't test this with Brooks). Check out the practice mode. It has a tutorial of sorts that tells you how to do various moves (layups, dunks, Isomotion, etc.). I guess I was lucky that the Rockets drafted me after the combine. Actually surprised me since they took me ahead of where I was projected to go.
Man you are lucky, I wanted to be drafted by Memphis or Houston, Unfortunatly The Pacers drafted me with the 10th pick. I shoudl have just played worse before the draft then I might have been drafted by a team I liked. Collison is getting on my nerves.
