I'd go for 6 or 7 fatty strips of bacon and some scrambled eggs.

i've got that right now and have had it for the past week and a half. clearing up somewhat though.

adeel, get yourself a blender and mix up some cottage cheese, prune juice, vegetable oil, and raw eggs. should do the trick.

I stopped going to clinics unless it was an emergency too. Too many times I go there and waste so much time sitting there waiting and then he gives me nothing but some kind of vitamins....

I am pretty sure it is Bronchitis....which sucks.

OS: I hear ya, it sucks. Mine started with a 100 degree fever last thursday.

Clear liquids (like water, sprite, 7up) and saltines (or bread).

Milk is NOT recommended, since it is not easy to digest.

Whenever I get sick, for some reason... Orange soda (sunkist) always makes me feel better.

Plus, since its not a diet drink, it will help with the appetite a little...

If you're still puking up food, try vurping up a little and chew on that. You might get lucky and pull up some old hamburger. Check your nose, too. You might have left a food trail the last time you bloorfed.

Try the BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, and Toast) diet. Time-tested, great-tasting, less filling, mothers-approved.
