Something's wrong here... I'm actually happy to see Springer in this game.

Willy T is the Yao Ming of baseball - he never gets the call.

that'd be funny if Ashby really thought that Horry was Will Smith.

the way livan seems to be able to hit that spot 7 inches off the corner over and over again makes it weird that he isn't better. i mean, once the ump lets him cheat, he never misses, or he just barely does. biggio should have had 3-1 instead of 2-2.

Why would you rather pitch to Ensberg? Berkman hasn't hit anything all night.

If they called the strike zone correctly, we'd be even farther up.

    I KNEW IT!

I was wondering how in the hell did they change the ball 3 number on the screen so fast.

Freakin, Lamb was batting still with a 4 balls 2 strike count!  DUMB UPM!....and LAMB! You need to know the stats! :( :D

ANyone else notice this? FSSW just showed it in a replay.

I noticed it when he got the last ball that he already had three up in the FSN HOUSTON bar. Since I wasn't paying close attention I just assumed that the person updating the graphic had made a mistake.

I want to see Willy T. get Rookie of the Year. If he keeps this up, man.

Top of the line-up and Palmeiro are on fire. Now if only Berkman could get a hit...

Well, my only explanation is Ensberg hadn't exactly done much tonight either... and had looked just as silly on one of his K's. Also, while Berkman hadn't done much tonight, he does have pretty good lifetime #'s against Hernandez... and he is a lefty.

In the end, it cost them... but I can somewhat see the reasoning behind it.

is lance trying to get to the postgame spread quicker or something? try to draw the walk and load the bases for ensberg instead of swinging at pitches low and on the outside corner which are easy to hit grounders on.

Lance has had one hell of an awful series.

Should have been a DP there, but now tying run at the plate...NO OUTS!
