you do not have to give the dog a name with a speciffic first letter, you could and some breeders want it, but i get a pup of my parents dog, so i can name him/her whatever i want. by the way i speak Dutch, not deutch they speak deutch in Germany. and i do not wanna be compaired with germans altough there are here some nice germans.
Pick something unique. I have a chocolate lab and you could not pay me enough to call him hershey or any other "candy" name. I picked his name from an athlete I really liked. I was always a fan of Cal Ripken Jr. So in honor of him I named my dog Junior. But have fun picking a name!
Amen! Think too hard about picking the *exact* perfect name, and you'll pick something stupid like GreenVegan76.
We used to have a really huge St. Bernard, we named him Fred. He was a pretty scary dog, but he was pretty sweet. And then he got arthritis in his lower back and started attacking people who accidentally pet him there becaue it hurt him so bad. Eventually we were forced to give him away. He's probably been put to sleep by now. I miss Fred.
