There could be. I remember back in CAL there were naked people getting arrested and I'm guessing if naked Athena started smashing windows, looting or throwing stuff at LE you might see them take action. They might not want to do anything if she's just doing naked yoga as it would look pretty bad.
I haven't been following what's happening in Portland very closely but from some video it does appear that fires are being set. How big they are don't know but either way even if it's just a trashcan burning probably don't want to be too close if you're naked.
Protestors are getting arrested not for looting or smashing windows (they aren't called protestors at that point) - but simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Given that the police have open fired with rubber bullets and hit people as they try to clear and area - what do you think they would do if they came across an attractive naked woman? I don't think the police are overly concerned about "looking bad" given a lot of their recent actions that were recorded.
Again I don't know for sure. I've seen naked people get arrested, mixed genders and levels of attractiveness. It makes sense, Trump wants to show these scenes of fighting between civilians and his goonsquad for political reasons, and you just take the bait.
