610 AM is looking into this, so hopefully we will have an answer in the next few hours.

Bad news... 610 just reported Boki is out. Keith Jones says it's a problem that came up prior to the draft. Groin strain/abdominal strain is what they are saying.

I want to be the first to apoligize to Ejax06. Sorry I doubted you. For future reference, please try to give more details if you can. I hope I didn't offend you.

Well this verifies ejax's credibility (even though a lot of the doubt could have been erased with a little more info).

Nachbar is flying back today .... the doctors just wanted to get another look at him. The Rockets say though you have to keep in mind his season in Italy just ended. They also knew about the groin/abdomen injury at his workout, so I don't think it's a huge concern. They're not saying he will be out for the entire summer league, but it's likely (since it's just a week and a half).

Next thing you know we will be apologizing to TB as well.

Hey B, Can you have 610 check on the Franchise contract demands?

The good thing is that, if it is an abdominal groin injury, those are a lot less serious than one in the groin region. They heal quicker and have almost no long-term effects. My dad, my grandfather and a friend have all had abdominal groin injuries. My grandfather's was the worst and he managed to recover at 85 with no lingering effects. I can only assume a 21-year-old athlete can manage a little better. On the other hand, my grandfather was still climbing on the roof and tearing his rotator cuff at 91...

    :D

I don't want to waste my time on that. :) Since when can you have a no-trade clause that includes your friends on your team?

No I will not develop a serious BBS addiction after entering the ranks of a one time poster. I have been a daily visitor to this site since late 1999 and a Rockets fan since the days of Twin Towers at the ripe old age of nine. I really started watching every game in Don Chaney's last couple of years. Been a crazed fan every since. I only read, and was forced to sign up to view the site a couple of weeks ago. Well I may post from time to time by I am not your typical virgin or lurker on CC.NET. So don't bother yourselves to even see me two post credit. I have plenty of basketball knowledge and have been tempted in the past but decided not to even concern myself with some of the things that are written here. Some here seem to have a mature level of basketball discussion going on which is cool to read at times.;)

    No wonder Boki couldn't dance.

Edit: SJC - you are too quick for me.
