OK so I've been using MySpace and seem to be having almost nothing but technical problems. Half the time the site doesn't log in or crashes my computer and now its not letting me enter anything like sending messages or even writing a blog. Of course one reason may be that my regular computer is in the shop and I'm reduced to using older crappier computers running Windows98. No problems running Clutchfans though. Is this something that happens often with MySpace?

I had myspace account for only a little time, but I too have become a addict. I use it mostly to network with old college friends. to defend Friendster, they have actually improved in the last year, you can have like 50 pics in your profile, they are able to add videos now, and have some nifty feature called the Review section to review movies, music, and other things. I still think it isn't better than MySpace, plus they don't have as many members. I keep my friendster account to keep up with my cousins in the Philippines cause it seems like Friendster is more popular in the Phillippines and Asia in general.

I'm older than you and I have 600 something "friends." Of course, some of them are dead people. . There are actually quite a few I chat with. People can be friendly. You just have to be the one to send the first message or comment. You can meet all kinds of interesting people.
sorry to bump an old thread, but i was trying to update my profile, and myspace is pissing me off. does anyone have a problem with the site being slow? i think "Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred. This error has been forwarded to MySpace's technical group." is it's favorite saying. my fios connection slows to dial-up speeds when im on that site, i checked alexia.com for traffic info, its #7 as far as volume... #1,2,3 (yahoo, msn, google) all blaze along for me....
