OK, we've possibly ruled it down to five people that live in Boulder. 1 of them was in Houston last night.
Well whoever it was, you should report your plates stolen to the cops! Hopefully the ex won't go do some crazy stuff while driving around with your plates on his vehicle... But then again, unless he has a similar vehicle, it probably won't matter. But I'd do it just to make sure.
