yea im guessing black or hispanic, unless it was the one on west road in which case it could be any race.
she was inferring that she doesnt have to watch out for anything because she has bumpers on her car and she will be okay if she hit something. I on the other hand being a pedestrian do not have bumpers attached to my body and will suffer significant damage if hit by a car so i am the one who needs to watch out.
You should know.... Business parking lots are private property, and the stop signs you see in them are NOT issued by TxDOT. If someone runs a stop sign in a business parking lot, it is not a criminal offense and police can (and will) to NOTHING to someone who runs a parking lot stop sign.
Yeah some lady ran into my sister because she ran a non-state stop sign. There is nothing you can do.
