It's simple Iowa lost a game. If Iowa had beaten Iowa St. they could claim the Rose Bowl or other BCS game.
OSU's defense will not allow anyone (including Miami, Ok or Texas) score more than 3 TDs. OSU's problem is scoring points. We need Clarett healthy to have a good offense, without him we typically struggle (getting up on Minnesota really helped us yesterday. They can't pass and that allowed us to win the field position battle) If OSU gets to the Championship game everyone can chirp all they want about blowing out OSU, but it won't happen. Great defenses and special teams win Championships. We have a GREAT defense. I would not trade OSU's D for anyones in the country. We have a great Kicker (Nugent) and a great punter (Groom). Gamble is a dangerous return man. Doss is playing punt coverage for us and makes plays. I am so psyched about yesterdays results and the way OSU beat 2 top 25 teams the last 2 weeks without our best player (well Clarett did play the 1st series vs. penn State). As for how the BCS works out, well if OSU goes undefeated and misses the Fiesta Bowl that's fine, obviously I won't be happy, but I know it can happen. At the same time I will become the biggest fan of Va Tech and whoever is playing OK (Texas A&M and the Big 12 Championship opponent). What a great season! War Buckeyes!
OSU's defense will not allow anyone (including Miami, Ok or Texas) score more than 3 TDs. That's OK when your defense and special teams score at least 1-2 a game
My brain says: 1. OU 2. Miami 3. OSU 4. Texas 5. Iowa But my gut says(it will be): 1. OU 2. Texas 3. Washington State 4. Iowa 5. Virginia Tech
