That could only happen if Jermain Lewis was returning kicks, but he's hurt. OK, I see your point. Let's say the Raiders have a perfect offensive scheme to thwart the Texans' 3-4, somehow manage to shut down the vaunted and to this point unstoppable ground attack of Mssrs. Wells & Allen, manage to get to Carr for a sack or 2, and Romanowski gets an especially good batch of his "Tiajuana Go-Juice". Texans 215 Raiders 12
Let's be real here. That's only because you've had it so many times you've built a natural immunity. Oh, and... GO TEXANS. FOCKASS. I'll be going to a few games over winter break.
not if i let the air out of your tires that morning before you wake up!!! then, with one less titan fan in the building, the texans will prevail!!! GO TEXANS!!
I am currently trying to get tickets. I think I may be stuck buying them off the street before game time. I'll be donning Titan paraphernalia!
Anyone see the "Tennessee Hillbillies" t-shirts they were trying to sell before the game Sunday? Apparently they're trying to get a lot of them in the stands for the Titans game. I hope we boo the Titans the way we booed the Cowboys.
McCareins dropped two sure fire td passes from about 40-50 yds out. He beat his man both times and positioned himself for the catch. One of them fell into his hands and he muffed it. It was heartbreaking. The other one would have been a nice catch (as he jumped up to reach it) but it hit him in both hands and fell to the ground. The Defense didn't knock it out. It just bounced away from him. It was ugly. I think Dyson would have gotten them both and you know Chris Sanders would have caught them (anything over 50 yards was automatic for Chris). Drew Bennett made one finger tip catch that was really sweet on a 10 yard slant.
What? There's still Titans fans in Houston? I thought all that ridiculousness was over. Maybe I could understand it if there were longtime Oilers still on the team, but there's not. Let it go and start rooting for the home team!
When you look down the titans roster they are loaded with big names. Even in the secondary. It's entirely possible that this defense is for real. So believe it. This is the superbowl year. Who's gonna stop us? We are now the most complete team on offense and defense. The raiders aren't bad, but they might not even make the playoffs. Thery have a tough road. Nobody else can match up to our talent level. It should be the Titans and Raiders for the AFC. In the NFC it should be Tampa Bay and Green Bay.
I guess that's true; if it was about the Texans.....seeing as they ARE a Houston team.....we could put the thread in it's proper forum. But seeing as how Clutch hasn't created a forum (YET) to place all of the LOSER threads, I guess this is the best place for this discussion. Man...what would I do if I had to watch a Cowboys...Titans game? I guess I'd just root for a two bus head-on collision.
I am definitely not a Texans fan and it only hurts my chances because I root for the Titans a bit. They are not my favorite team, but I'll cheer for them most of the time.
