You guys are putting ideas in my head and words in my mouth. I wasn't negative about any of them. I am trying to understand them and see things as it is. And I said I hope they all become better persons and players and make rockets a better team. I am not biased but I do see certain group of people tend to have certain traits. There is no way to deny it. They don't need to be typical to possess some level of those inclinations. Not to mention that a highly competitive environment can make personality issues bigger. Oh, a man's character is his fate. Personality is the drive behind one's behavior. It determines everything to a degree. If you are interested in psychology, I really think "the road less traveled" is a good start. Journal of applied psychology is also a good read. We all have some mental weaknesses we need to overcome, hiding them is the worst way to deal with them.

To avoid this, and as a word of advice, this could've been avoided if you established that trait only for Jeremy rather than the whole Asian population. It is good to note and learn from weaknesses but this sub-forum deals with the team rather than a race. It was just an unnecessary addition; sounded like a purposeful venting opportunity that came out of frustration

I don't browse through threads on my phone often.

It's very nice of you to compliment me on my separate thread. I like to share my thoughts with other people. I saw that many members were purposelessly attacking each other in the gamethread, I was afraid they would miss my idea. So here we go.

What race war? Races are different. People are different. No better or worse, just different. Certain type has advantage or disadvantage in certain environment. How come when I mentioned their differences it's like I was trying to stir up things. No, I was trying to understand and when the differences become conflict in a specific environment like a basketball team we know what we are facing here. Jeez, people are sensitive these days. Let me ask you guys a honest question, are you protecting the players or are you protecting yourselves?

Holy crap, does anyone just watch the games anymore for the joy of being a fan. I really think too many of you completely over analyze every aspect of everything. Lin lacks confidence because he's Asian, Harden wont pass to Lin, McHale hates Lin, McHale hates Jones, etc., etc.

Yeah Lin was a mad brat in high school, I think an ankle injury set him straight though and changed stuff.

Anyway its like 5am at night right now, so this is what I would ramble to each of them:

Harden: You are a monster scoring All star and an efficient scorer, but even you are not perfect. Remember to work on your defense and limit your turnovers. Also remember its not all on you. You have a team supporting you.

Lin: Man up. Don't keep deferring to Harden all the time. Have confidence and trust in your own game and your shot. Remember the confidence of Linsanity that got you here.

McHale: Give your players a little room to breathe and play their game. Sometimes Lin has to score 29 pts for the Rox to win a game. Sometimes he has to score 5 pts and 8 assists for the Rox to win.

    Going to bed.
