I'm in total agreement, I consider anything beyond Tari and this year's pick as a bonus. Just pointing out there are ways for Brooklyn to get better because the other guy said there was none.

I know fans are hoping Jalen is going to be the next Kobe but he is not that person. Jalen is going to be 22 years old NEXT MONTH and this is his 3rd year. I would trade Jalen for Bridges. The Nets are BAD and playing in the New York market they need to be good or need a young STAR. Nets have no STARS, average and old players. Jalen and Cam Thomas would be great for their fans and having Bridges would help us to be playoff bound.

    Nets receive Jalen and Bullock
Rockets receive Bridges and 2025 FRP

I will fight Stone if he trades Eason for Bridges. Green I get. It'll help them rebuild but not Eason we need him.

Nothing about the OP's post makes sense. Tari, Jalen, AND Amen or Cam PLUS lotto picks? I like Bridges but he is no where near worth 3 guys who might be top 5 or 6 picks in a redraft and additional first rounders not to mention being good players with years left on a cost controlled contract since all of those guys are still on rookie deals. Bridges would have to be a recent MVP candidate to get that kind of haul - not a good player on a losing team.

    I’ve cooled on Bridges.

They can have Green+2027 Nets FRP+Nets 2026 swap+filler if they want (I guess).

ultimately, all of those nets assets represent chances to add high-level, draft picks or trade for a superstar. So may as well hold.

You sure they don't want Sengun also?

Not Cam Whitmore. He is a bucket.
Also, how can it be both a theory and a done deal?

i'd be a player for Bridges - but i'm sure not at the price the Nets are seeking...

i'd consider squashing the '25 & '27 swaps and giving them back their unprotected 2026 frp.... squash whatver on the 2024 srp... keeping 2024 unprotected frp... that gives them control of their picks after this next draft... and they got plenty of other draft capital to hit the rebuild hard...

    beyond that... id listen...
