BR, I could be wrong, but I think the SL mess that his daddy got him out of was with Jeb Bush, not George W. Still, any more drones like Thomas and Scalia on the court and we may step back to the 1870's midset. If it wasn't for Bush's potential damage to the supreme court, I wouldn't be too concerned about him winning. That is the only area I see him having a major impact, for all the talk about impacting federal spending and tax cuts, regardless who wins there will pretty much be procedureal stalemates in congress preventing any radical moves.
