We might have take back one of their bad contracts to get it done though. Sura, Vspan and Snyder for Mike Miller TE for Stoudamire or Cardinal
What we need realistically is A PG who can drain shots. Scoring is not our problem when Yao and Tmac are there.
Mike Miller + T-Mac again. Mike Miller, Bonzi, and Shane were all vital parts of those Memphis teams that first made the playoffs. They might want Luther head though. Maybe Miller + Mighty Mouse for Head, Sura, Snyder, and TE I'm not a salary cap junkie, so I don't know if it'll work. But we get a backup point with good ball-handling and could make shots and a sharp shooter who just happens to be one of T-Mac's best friends. No way West does it. Teams don't trade to their own division rivals.
SNYDER i still think he will be a decent back up for 2 and 3. SURA i want him to retire in houston. VSPAN i am not giving up on him yet I give up on Padget and JL3
I'd rather have Bonzi's post up skills then Miller's 3 point range, we have enough 3 point shooters, but it's nice to have another post up guy after Yao (I'm not counting JHo) wishful thinking on that Miller proposal, they would not be enticed on what you offered we need a legit backup PG, JLIII and VSpan cannot be trusted, I'd rather have Luther do backup PG duties
mike miller is a slight upgrade over Head, but I think Head still has room to improve, and I would like to keep Snyder. I don't think the Grizzlies will give M.M. for Snyder + Head anyways.
Rockets are winning now and having great chemistry, i highly doubt the management will break up the core now, i.e. trading bonzi or head or alston or hayes etc. Most likely will be minor trade using sura and TE as bait to get a veteran PG or a big man!
Here's something from the Q&A part of Feigen's blog on the Houson Chronicle. Nothing hugely enlightening but thought it was relevant. http://blogs.chron.com/nba/2007/02/tmac_trust_and_the_nbas_longes.html
How about Sergio Rodriguez from the Blazers. He is a true point guard who sees the floor. He is a true point guard. i.e. (Rafer Alston)
