2 and under are free. What is really wrong is there is nothing for a 2.5 year old to do there. My little girl who is 3.5 had fun so I didn't mind paying for her (it should have been cheaper than it was but) but I would have been pissed if my son who is almost 2 had to have a ticket. He didn't get to do anything.
