My informed speculation on the end of Harden's tenure

James Harden is coming to town!

It is so odd..... it is almost like I saw this same thing several weeks ago....

"Quick! Deflect pay Cousins his minimum salary and let the media we did it because we respect our players."

"Now, release to the media that Cousins said he would not mentor or back up Christian Wood."

I am not sure what is more insulting, that Tilman Fertitta thinks that fans are stupid that we cannot see through his bullshit or that some people fall for it.

We did not trade Capela for Covington, we traded draft capital for Covington.

We would have had all the picks from the Westbrook trade to use.

 

I meant he continues to have a home in Houston as well as business venues and probably benefits in the tax bracket in some way but is playing in another city to win it all. It seems that the old saying that "you can't have it both ways" doesn't apply to Harden.

 

All this says to me is that he still has love for Houston, it says nothing about how he actually feels about the Rockets organization.

 

I don't remember, but the Rockets go to is McMahon and Iko, so it is most likely one of them.

Any story written on why Harden wanted out that does not include Tilman's LT avoidance or Tilman interfering with Morey doing his job is not the complete story. It means the story is framed a certain way. If you don't get the complete holistic view you are missing pieces.

It seems that Harden turned down the extension in July before Morey left. Which I guess is understandable. The article is making it seem like James made up his mind then but we know that's not true. Its all very interesting .....Morey must have felt Tillman cheeping out on the coaching was his last straw.

 

How Tim McPropaganda still has a job is completely beyond me. He writes nothing but anti player hit pieces. Casuals need to wisen up to this ****.
