That is good news, Jeff. Congrats! Sounds like you had a lot of interest and, in this economy, that is nice you didn't have to suffer through months of torture trying to sell the place. Now, sell all your bass guitars and equipment...and you can move on to your new job of working 8-to-5 in a cubicle surrounded by dorks.

Yeah, I'm trying to stay out of complexes. I actually found a place this weekend that I think I'm going to take. Nice free-standing place kind of like a cross between a rent house and a garage apartment - it's where a garage apartment would be behind a house, but two stories and no garage. Good price and perfect size and still in the Heights, which is where I wanted to stay. Thanks for the suggestion though.
