Guys I moved into this place a couple of months ago right after my new neighbors. Both of my neighbors are attractive. They are both single. However I am only interested in one. I find it awkward to make a move on my neighbor. She is my direct neighbor in an apt building with only 4 apartments. She is in the one directly beside me. We share balconies. What do I do?

Be nice. Be friendly. Be fun. Be interesting. Don't force anything because that will make it awkward. Shem isn't going anywhere so you doing want to force it and be that creepy neighbor who looks at her awkwardly.
Step 1: Sneakily take a picture of her. Step 2: Photoshop a pic so it has you two beside each other... then put a big heart around you two. Step 3: Put photo on a t-shirt. Step 4: Wear the t-shirt, knock on her door, and when she answers start to pretend that you had something normal to ask, but then say "hey... you look just like the woman of my dreams!" while pointing to the picture of you two together on your t-shirt. Step 5: Cha-Ching!
Climb on her side of the balcony and knock on her window, then smile. Seriously though, check out their balcony, maybe they like plants or need one. You can make up some excuse as to why you have it, so it doesn't seem like you bought it just for them, although they'll probably assume you did. Use it as an ice breaker.
Don't poop and eat in the same place. that said: This is one of those situations where the "friends zone" doesn't really count. You can actually fall into what we normally call friends zone and still completely score because of the convenience for her on some night when she is horny and maybe didn't score like she had planned, but is tipsy and still all dressed up with cute panties on and doesn't want to waste it. yep, this happens.
