Ive never said text messages are not evidence. I said text messages without collaborating evidence is useless. Hunter would immediately challenge his state of mind during those messages and claim that he was just attempting to peddle influence. These messages would be "evidence" against joe biden if hunter was willing to testify against joe and if he had evidence other than these texts (audio records, bank statements, videos). He doesnt nor would he ever testify against his dad. If you had text messages from joe biden in any state of mind then it would be completely different. A doctor will ask a bribe from a pharmaceutical rep (in this case hunter soliciting ukrianians nd chinnese is the doctor) and try to sell their influence they have with the hospital or the big boss doctor. The doctor usually tells the rep that they gotta kick up an extra 10 bucks per script to the head doctor. The pharmaceutical reps don't care and say yes nd most of the time the doctor pockets the money and lies about the transaction. The doctors would tell the reps, "hey I'm bowling with the head neurologist I'm in the circle) or whatever other line." This is just basic fraud you see all the time aka hunter is a fraudster. I thought you said I was lying about being a prosecutor? Why would a fake prosecutor have worked on a case involving a federal law regarding doctors making Medicare or Medicaid referrals to patients when they have a financial interest in the entity to which they are referring patients? Also, those cases would be handled by the US attorney's office, not a local prosecutor, because the Stark Act is a federal law.
