I sure hope you're joking, but if not, that's is some sad $hit.

Take responsibility for what you've done. Don't be that guy.

I was in a pretty similar situation seven and a half years ago. At the time I was spending my life doing a whole lotta nothing, but finding out I was going to be a father with a woman that I could not stand forced me to go back to college, get a degree, graduate from law school and get my **** together.
She (my daughter) is the apple of my eye. Her mother is horrible and likely always will be. But it was a great thing. I love being a father. I was terrified, just like you, but it really turned out great.
    good luck.

Sadly, I have experience in this area.

Its her choice, not yours. You're stuck doing whatever she wants.

My advice: pay the child support (not really advice, since its the law) and think long and hard whether giving up any potential relationship with your child is worth more/ more important to you than having to deal with your baby momma for the rest of your life. Just keep in mind that if you decide to just pay support and sever all ties with baby and mommy, some day in the future (15 years or so), that kid will likely hunt you down and engage you in the MOST intense conversation of your life. Don't think that just b/c you decide not to be part of their family that you are out of the picture for the rest of your life.

    Its hardly like that.

Only you can make this decision.

Good luck, man. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
