RIP, and sorry to hear it Max. Everytime there is a death, we all take a day or two and think how lucky we are all to be alive, and to have your life taken from you at that young of age, is just heartbreaking. He'll never be able to see the great things of life, and everything you can do in this world. Once again I send out my best to his family.
That's sad Madmax. Kind of as sad as my story. My grandmother has been going downhill in the health catergory going on 5 weeks now. She lost her husband, My grandfather over 4 years ago, and she has yet to overcome that terrible lose and regain her normal self ability to do the little things in life. Yesterday was my birthday, as well as an appointment for my grandmother to see a doctor. News came out at about 12 pm yesterday, that she wasn't looking too well and days are just ticking away . I've been there the past two days comforting everybody and taking no account that my birthday has come and gone. There's no need for a birthday at a time like this.
I'm sorry... wishing you and your family strength and peace for your grandmother... these passages in life are always hard to accept.
UNMKT -- actually..i think you should celebrate your own birthday as best you can...appreciate another year...years go pretty quickly. maybe it's not a celebration in the traditional sense...but at least a heightened appreciation for your life is in order, I think...particularly in light of the surrounding events. i'm so sorry about your grandmother..prayers with you and your family.
My condolences, guys. I've had a lot of people who were close to me die and it never gets easier. On this topic especially I really envy those of you with a strong faith.
