i've fully complied with the police and the school on everything. told them detail by detail what happened. i called a lawyer and he said not to talk, but i decided to go against his word and tell the truth. i can live up to the consequences of my actions...i deserve them.

i have set my man-pride to the side for the day...i am sincerely sorry and am showing that i truly am. i will do whatever they choose the best path is for my future consequences.

i made a mistake...a really really stupid mistake. i'm not asking you to "pray for me to get off" at all...i'm asking you to pray for me...i'm in a rough situation and i need to better my future, not screw it over. i need to learn from my stupidity.

    [RED FOREMAN]DUMBASS[/RED FOREMAN]

HOW THE HELL COULD YOU DO THAT???

You're lucky your young.. and why is the school not pressing charges?? Sounds like you will get off easy so to speak...

I know you are sorry, but all you can is try to be a better person because of this.. THE BIGGEST THING you will have to do is regain the respect of your family, friends and girlfriend back.. GOOD LUCK..

i'm not religious but i reserve prayer for someone who didn't inentionally screw up. If u didn't get caught we wouldn't have to pray for ur dumb a$$

Prayer goes out to Katrina and Rita victims and Jason Collier...not for kids stealin money

    Are there any extenuating circumstances?

Like was your friend hard up for money? Were you both drunk or on weed? Was this more of a prank than a burglary?

I'm assuming the police treated this as a college prank, otherwise I have a hard time believing that they would let someone off for attempted burglary.

    Good luck man.

Every few months we get some sort of drama out of you 3814 ~ first it was the situation with your nootz - then the 'ride, ride' - and now this...

    Good luck...

So you've moved on from stalking chicks at bus stops to burglary.

What's next in your life of crime? ;)

Anyone ever notice if you divide 3814 by 108(the total from the numbers from "Lost")...you get this crazy result: 35.314814814814814814814814814815.

Next time you get a crazy idea...think of the crazy number and multiply it times 108 to arrive back to yourself while canceling your crazy idea out.

    Good luck.

    If you place 3814 into this formula [ x^2 + a ~ x + 2 == 0 ^~^ x ] then convert the numerical values into letters it spells...

    MACBETH

Listen to your lawyer. You may think it is the right thing to do right now to tell everything to the police, but it might come back to hunt you later. I been to jaill before, not for anything serious like what you have done, but it still took a heavy toll on me. You do not want to end up with a record on you.

everyone screws up at some point(s) in their life, but lets call this what it is. your friend was breaking and entering in an attempt to steal.

people get shot for stuff like that (maybe not in canada, but definately in texas)

you definately showed poor judgement and you should not have gone along w/ your friend, but at least you were not actively involved in the physical "break-in". in my non-legal opinion, that should get you probation at the worst. your buddy on the other hand, could wind up in jail.

    good luck though!

I don't know why but that comment had me cracking up. :D

Good luck 3814, bad judgement bro but you already know that. I've done a lot of things I regret, as I'm sure we all have. Hopefully you learn from this and the committee has mercy on your soul.

    its true though, no?

3814, do what your lawman says. the more you talk the more you incriminate yourself. anything you say can and WILL be used against you. dont give them anything. you have a lawyer - dont talk w/out them present.

hopefully you at least have a good jail story - everybody should!

you meet the most interesting people in jail.
