    I wouldn't go. I heard of people inviting others to their parties/wedding and then making a big scene saying "I DIDN'T INVITE YOU!" even though you held a invitation in your hand.

    I'd call her and ask her how she's doing and congratulate her on the wedding and determine whether you want to go or not depending on her reactions. If she seems positive then maybe going wouldn't be bad...

    You still get to sit back and say to yourself "I smashed that."

    This is true. You already have a great in by being an ex-boyfriend who she is still on good enough terms with to invite to the wedding. It will be easy conversation material with the bridesmaids or any other lonely female who is not getting married.
