Thanks for the tips guys. We woke up this morning and his eye had gone back to normal for the most part. There was still a small speck of red in the corner, but other than that much improvement. He's pretty hyper, so it's possible he just banged himself in the eye/head at some point. Was it wrong of me to cancel the vet after the eye seemed to (mostly) clear up? I had a doctor appointment already, my wife a dentist appointment; we were going to be hard pressed to fit in another appointment. The eye never seemed to be 'bothering him' (no itching, rubbing, keeping it closed, etc.) and since it cleared up... Obviously, if it changes again we'll take him. But so far things seem to be going back to normal.
