Yeah I do remember as a matter of fact. You 3 guys were sitting a row behind me and a section over. I actually got out of my seat and ran around giving high 5's to everyone who was standing after the Mobley dunk in the 4th quarter, and I high fived a few of you guys.

I was wearing a blue rockets cap, and an autographed Mooch! T-shirt.

I got two words "Turbo Dude" PUKE :D

I still like Turbo and a little less Clutch would be better and a lot more Air Clutch. How can you not like MiniClutch??? :D

Also I HATE J. Rocket He Fuc*in sucks!!!

    Half time shows do suck.

    - I liked the two gymnast who were stronger than steel last year. Man they were strong.

    - I liked the fans trying to do Turbo Dunks - that was cool.

Besides those - they sucked. It is always some little cheerleaders or gymnast that need a lot of practice. They try hard but I should get a little more for my ticket.

I think that our entertainment value will increase bigtime when we get our new house.

As far as fan participation. I was at Game #2 vs LAC The house was fairly empty - I would guess close to 10,000. But I have to say that it got loud when we needed it to. I was down in Section 125 Row C Seats 1-4. The refs got booed on all the bad calls and the place went wild on the big shots. It was a good game.

Man there are so many "seat cheats" at the games now. :D

A t-shirt or a jersey? I saw someone wearing an auto Mooch jersey after the game.

The bulls the other night had 16,000+ people at there game. Thats just pathetic to think that the bulls are probably going to have on of the worst seasons in basketball history and they get 7,000 more fans thant the rockets do at there games.

I had a guy tell me one time to sit down and relax and I nicely told him this is not church if you want peace go to the bathroom and listen to the game on the loud speaker.

I so dislike a damn fan who comes to the game and then makes frowns when you raise hell....

My voice always and i mean always gets hoarse after a game.
If im not yelling hey Ref you suck! or Mooooooooooooooooch
    Im yelling something.

Bottom line is something needs to be done about those fans who sit behind the baskets and just sit their and maybe clap every now and then.

It's like to me pretty pathetic considering when i see a jazz game you see white long balloons waving back and forth when the other team shoots a free throw..

I hope the rockets staff is reading this because you people are doing a P*ss Poor job when it comes to fan support! you passed out these questionaires last year and we the fans spoke! I still see jack being done about it!

I will give turbo some credit last saturday at the wolves game he did choose a very sick boy to help him in his stunt and had him dress up in costume that was nice of him.:D

It is fun sitting with the suits and getting all of those weird looks but my favorite time was last year when I went to charlotte (I live in Raleigh) to see the Rockets play the Hornets. I was able to get floor seats behind the basket like 4 rows off the court and sat with a bunch of suits screaming my head off routing for the rockets. The looks those dumb asses gave me were unforgetable.

Do we know for a fact that the Rockets front office looks at this sight? I'm gonna email a link to this thread to those guys.

Anyway, maybe we should organize and print a sort of 'Supporting Your Hometeam for Dummies' pamphlet and pass it out before the games.

I bet that if someone designed a shirt with the 'ten rules of appropriate fan behavior', and it also said "Gallery Furniture Really Will Save You Money" on it, then Mattress Mac would pay for it.:)

Ten Rules for Appropriate Fan Behavior:

    1. When your team does well, SCREAM YOUR A$$ OFF!

I actually have to go to work now, so I can't finish it, but you get the idea.

DD, I wasnt at the T-woles game becasue I was out of town:(
In fact, I couldnt even watch on TV:( :(

But I sit in Section 112 on a regular basis and I always like to yell "You can do it" to Mobley, since he said he likes to hear it. On the bright side...at least in the quiet arena we call home these days...he has no trouble hearing me when I yell it. I must confess that even though my seats are very good to begin with, I have found that there are usually some available behind the visitors bench for poaching. I like to yell other things when I'm sitting over there;)

Rather than b**** about the lack of fan support at games, do something about it! Screw those tight asses that think they are too good to display some emotion and make a spectacle of themselves.

When another "fan" tells you to sit down or be quiet, do the exact opposite. Keep standing! Scream louder! Make a spectacle of THEM!! Don't let them sit there and denounce you for enjoying yourself and being a fan. Denounce them and tell them if they want to a more serene environment, to go to the ballet! Tell them that if they don't like it, they should stay home and watch the game. You are there to support the Rockets with all of your power, not to just sit there and be an observer.

F@ck those kinds of fans! I have no qualms about pissing off the casual Rockets fan, which Houston has WAY too many of for all of their sports teams.

I will continue to scream and I hope people look at me in disgust, in fact I encourage it. I am a Houston Rocket fan, and I'll be damned if I cant make some noise at the game.

Hell I may bring and air horn down to the lower level on Dec. 15th against the Miami Heat, and I hope everyone gets completely pissed.....

Peace, quiet, and complacency are complete BULLSH#T at professional sporting events. Like someone mentioned earlier.... this isnt a freakin' library for chrissake. If you came to watch a tennis match go home man......
