My cat knocked my PS4 off my shelf and broke it. I had the system for 2 weeks. Am I screwed?

I've never had Best Buy do that.

I've never been to Costco (closest one is probably 90 miles or so away).

 

Many retailers take theft and fraud into account when pricing items.

 

They also make sure you GET everything you paid for like gift cards, cash back. I've had that happen to me one time when they reminded me about a gift card I needed to pick up. They are very helpful. They also take care of their employees and treat them like people but that's a whole new topic.
