It could be worse. By best friend's had his stereo stolen at least twice, maybe three times. Once, in college, he caught the guy in his car. Dude was too fast. Another time, he had it stolen while parked in a church parking lot on Easter.
Just this Tuesday some bastards through a brick through my passenger window over at West Houston Indoor Soccer Club.....they didn't even steal anything....not the expensive head unit, or the ipod sitting on my passenger seat...now I'm left with no window...dinged up door....and a shattered side view mirror.
Damn those petty crims! I had my car broken into a while back, they took one of my rear speaker(yes just one) a fishing rod and some cds out of my cd wallet but not all and left the wallet! it was interesting to say the least, the cop who came and dusted for prints was like 'we will just say they took both speakers to make this easier' lol.
That sucks DD. The worst thing about car burglars is how rare they get caught. If you don't catch them in the act, chances are slim.

We have been trying to put a fence up to keep King Cheetah and his kind out of our neighborhood as they are brining our home values down. Although Circle C was mentioned in Forbes magazine as one of the 4 best neighborhoods in the USA to ride out the recession because our houses are still in demand. WOOT ! DD
I live in Philly so it's much worse out here if not less. Got my GPS stolen once parking my car at the mall parking lot for roughly 40min and came out my stuff was all over the place. What's worse is kid keep stealing my car emblem.
My sister had the center pieces of her Escalade's rims stolen last night. 3 of them to be exact. They weren't able to get the 3rd off it seems. who the hell steals stuff like that? The Cadi emblem hubs from the wheels? The vehicle just doesn't look the same with out them.
