someone this past sunday night egged the back of my car down in Pearland and my pager alarm went off. I came out with my cuz-in-law and saw no one. Didn't see the egg crap til the next morning...stupid kids and there's been vandalism around there. Not really safe anymore in a nice neighborhood

Left the door unlock? That is not very efficient.

But seriously good thing they only took 30 dollars it could have been worse.

Perhaps it was a renegade gang of 6 year olds tired of getting beat 29-0 in soccer. :)

Seriously though, I can empathize. We had 2 cars stolen out of our driveway and one car was almost stolen during game 1 of the 1986 Astros-Mets playoff series in the Astrodome parking lot, but the crack Astrodome security staff prevented it.

No surprise -- this happens dozens of times per day in the hell hole known as Circle C.

Do you not have a garage to safely store your cars and your woman when she misbehaves?

Yeah someone smashed my window the other day and made off with my toolbox in the trunk. THe cops took the report and will probably forget about it and the insurance company sure takes a long time to get things fixed. Maybe I shoudln't bother with them and just get my window fixed now instead of waiting for them.

Its actually better to leave your car unlocked vs someone breaking your window. Thats what i used to do with the drop top benz. I'd rather them just open the door and steal than to knife the top or break the window.
