It doesn't have oversized (taller) tires than stock, does it? Be sure it is in first gear when you are stopped. Put the shift lever in low gear, if you can, and see if it takes off better. If it was in a failsafe mode, you should have a light or message come on. I'm not familiar with Lexus, so manually putting it in low gear may not even be possible. Check the air filter for debris. Make sure the exhaust isn't plugged with mud or something. Catalytic converters can plug up over time, and that'll bog the engine down, but it'll usually lead to misfires and a check engine light. If you have warranty, use it. Tinkering with it yourself will only give the dealer reason to no warranty anything you mess up yourself. Check the basics, and leave the rest to the TECH. Being a new car to you, it may just be the way the car is. If it felt faster originally, then maybe something is now wrong, or perhaps you've come down off your high...
I guess my car had soem temporary issues. When I went home from Kentucky last Thursday, the car seemed to drive great. Maybe I had some bad gas or something. Bad gas is the only reason I can think of why my car would have issues that fix themselves. But anyway, the car is accelerating better now. Thanks to everyone for your help. When I go to Lexus for my 35,000 mile service, I'll still have them check it out anyway.
