Take nudes, or video tape the act. You'll have blackmail on your boss if you ever need to use it. The internet is a great thing.
I'm taking an ethics course right now and here is a quick acid test for you: Could you go to your boss and ask him straight up "Is it O.K. if I ___ your daughter?" Insert what ever your intentions are in the blank. If you'd feel uncomfortable asking him straight out the answer to whether you should date her is no. Keep in mind because she is daddy's little girl she'll always have the upper hand on you in the relationship as long as you work for Dad. On the other hand if you hit it off with her you could be next in line to inherit the family business.
